At Zurii Wear, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You may return any product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

  • Returns are only accepted if a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged by misuse or negligence

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Innerwear and accessories for hygiene reasons

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We offer size or item exchanges based on stock availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or message.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged or defective product

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.
