At ZuriiWear, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and affordably throughout the        United Arab Emirates. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

2. Delivery Time & Methods

  • Standard delivery across UAE takes 1–3 business days after processing.

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery.

  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

3. Shipping Charges

AED 100 and above Free Shipping
5% ON EVERY ORDER

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to error on our part.

4. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all Emirates including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

If your area is remote or outside courier coverage, we will contact you to arrange an alternate solution.

5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand during sales or promotions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier or weather issues

We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated via email or WhatsApp if a delay occurs.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
